COVID-19 Update From Naokeidoe Creations

Dear Valued Customers and Friends:

The COVID-19 virus is temporarily changing the landscape of our lives and Naokeidoe Creations is doing everything possible to keep everyone safe while maintaining full business operations. We realize that the coronavirus poses a threat to the health of our customers, staff, business partners, and everyone in their circles and outside their circles. It is necessary that all of us come together and do our part in minimizing the spread of the virus while helping to protect those that are high risk. Our hearts go out to those adversely impacted by the coronavirus in any manner…and that is all of us.

Working with personal care products and cosmetic formulating, we have always maintained a clean, highly sanitized work environment. We have always worn face masks, safety glasses, gloves and disposable aprons on a daily basis and that will continue. We have taken further precautions by increasing the frequency of wiping down and disinfecting surfaces.

Our desire is for our customers to continue getting the Naokeidoe Creations products they depend on. We will continue to meet the needs of our customers by providing body care items, natural deodorant, bar soap, liquid soap, cleansers, aromatherapy inhalers, essential oils and all other items for your personal care needs and items to help keep COVID-19 from spreading.

According to the CDC clean your hands often.

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

If soap and water is not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.

Our website will remain functional for all online purchasing. Our focus will remain on the health and safety of everyone while we continue operations. We will continue to manufacture our products for as long as we are able to safely do so.

Currently, we have plenty of raw materials/supplies on hand and right now, we see no major supply-chain concerns in the foreseeable future. Situations can change quickly, and we will update you if this happens.

Please note that we are not experiencing any significant delay in order processing or shipments at this time. We are working extra hours to get your purchases to you. We will keep you updated and notified if this changes and if there is a change to the U.S. Postal Service delivery time.

4/6/20 - PLEASE NOTE: We are temporarily suspending online orders with immediate effect (April 6 at 5:00 PM EST)

We will resume online orders once we have caught up with the backlog and we will keep you updated. Hopefully, by the end of the week we will be able to lift the suspension and enable shopping carts.

4/21/20 - We will be enabling shopping carts on Monday, April 27. New fabrics, mask styles and products will be available. This includes NFL licensed fabric for our sports fans. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding. It is truly appreciated during this time of crisis and uncertainty.

We hope to continue without interruption, but this is subject to change at any time without notice.   Your patience and understanding is appreciated as we navigate through these strange and uncertain times, but, it's already getting better.
